My professional career has taken me through many years of responsible positions in the Austrian retail sector – with a focus on luxury goods and fashion as well as to an international banking and credit card organization in the United Kingdom. These experiences have shaped my understanding of business relationships, service quality, and customer focus.
Another area of focus for me is recruiting. As the founder and managing director of an independent HR consulting firm in Austria, I focus particularly on staffing in the medical field a sector whose dynamics and requirements I understand very well. I also successfully support recruiting processes in the areas of sales and key account management, purchasing, support, HR, IT, and shop management.
As part of my work at MP Group Consulting, this expertise is also available to our partners as per request, through close collaboration with my independent HR consulting firm.
